Our Story
Valuable Recruitment was born from frustration—my own.
I’m Mihai Arsene, and before I started this company, I spent years as a Managing Director and Operations Director for mid-sized businesses. I managed hiring across teams and continents. I worked with dozens of recruitment agencies. And I saw the same story play out again and again:
High fees. Slow results. Poor candidate fit. And very little accountability.
I knew there had to be a better way.
After stepping away from a successful career in the BPO industry, working with top-tier global e-commerce brands and the leading global motorsport championship watched by billions, I decided to challenge the status quo and build the recruitment agency I always wished I had access to.
In 2020, Valuable Recruitment was launched with a simple mission:
To make high-quality recruitment actually work—for the people doing the hiring.
